Rules and policies

General Rules

  1. FUNHQ is an UNSUPERVISED play area all children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.

  2. .Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.

  3. Socks only facility. Socks must be worn by both children and adults inside the play area (no shoes, no bare feet).

  4. This is a nut-free facility. No outside food containing peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based products is permitted.

  5. No food, drinks, or chewing gum inside play structures.

  6. No cigarettes or e-cigarettes in the facility.
  7. No climbing on the outside of play equipment, netting, or walls.
  8. Running, rough play, wrestling, pushing, or throwing objects is not allowed.

  9. Personal items (toys, electronics, valuables) should be kept at home or secured — the facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  10.  Party Host are allowed to bring finger food only. Strictly No Rice, Curries/Gravy Dishes, Pastas, Popcorns, Hard Candies, Gums. Please check with staff if you have any questions.
  11. Alcoholic Drinks and drug substances are not allowed. If our staff finds alcohol or any drug substances being used at any time during your party at FUNHQ, it will result in an immediate dismissal of your party with no Refund.
  12. Food and Beverages must be consumed in your party room ONLY or in the designated area by the FUNHQ Management.

Health & Safety

  1. Sick children (fever, cough, rash, diarrhea, etc.) are not permitted for the safety of others.

  2. All injuries or incidents must be reported to staff immediately.

  3. Only staff may adjust or repair play equipment.

  4. Children must follow posted signs and staff instructions at all times.

  5. Play at your own risk — management is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from unsafe play or failure to follow rules.


Party & Group Policy

  1. Party rooms must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked time slot.

  2. Outside food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas (check party package terms).

  3. All food brought in must be nut-free and approved by staff.

  4. Decorations must be pre-approved and cannot be taped or pinned to walls.

  5. No Sparklers, Pinatas, popcorns, or decorative confetti, candies of any kind.

  6. Cleaning Policy: Excessive mess, spills, or damage to property may result in a cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged to the host/parent.

  7. Damage Policy : Any damage caused to the facility, play structures, toys, arcade machines, or furniture due to misuse, negligence, or intentional actions will result in the responsible party covering the repair or replacement costs.

party booking and refund policy

  1. Booking for parties are made by advance booking only. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for shared parties. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required for private parties.

  2. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of cancellation, following rules will be applicable:
    • The deposit amount for a party cancelled 8 calendar days prior to the party date, due to emergencies or conflicts, is refunded as store credit. The store credit will be valid for one year from the day of cancellation.
    • The deposit for a party cancelled within 5-7 calendar days of its actual party date will NOT be refunded in any shape or form. However, only 50% of the actual deposit fee can be refunded in the form of a store credit if the party is canceled due to sickness of the birthday child/ren
    • The deposit for a party cancelled within 4 calendar days of its actual party date will NOT be refunded in any shape or form.

Waiver & Liability

  1. A completed and signed waiver by a parent/guardian is required for everyone entering FUNHQ.
  2. Entry to the play area implies acceptance of all rules and policies.

  3. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their children while on the premises.

  4. Management reserves the right to remove any child/family not following rules or engaging in unsafe behavior.
